The Eros Guide No refunds for mistakes on their end, price gouging Internet

Pretty much what everyone else said.
Marathon hold times. Unhelpful customer service. Red tape and canned answers. Rigidity about doing everything to pinch every penny possible, including denying their own mistakes and refusing to refund when the mistakes are made by Eros Guide, not the customer.
Ads with premium placement not showing up in premium spots, or ending up in premium spots but in the wrong area of the site. The need for the customer to contstantly check and recheck info submitted to ensure mistakes aren't made on Eros' end (but which the customer will end up paying for anyway).
Canned speeches like "we appreciate your business" when the treatment of long term customers quite simply shows anything but.
Canned answers like "sorry we can't" when it really means "we won't because we're greedy and don't care".
Year after year fewer clients being generated from any given ad on Eros, yet year after year the prices to advertise there going higher and higher. Constantly higher cost = constantly diminishing returns.
