Hi,
I am Michael the owner of this company and I just think its rediculous that someone can slander somoeones name and reputation and hide their identity. Oh and this person lists their location as Hemet CA or NV who knows but I have not worked with anyone from this town. How this person can even think of trying to speak for any other person is also beyond me! They claim I have done this to other models well if so let them speak for themselves right here!
In rebuttal to this claim I can tell you that every model that has worked for this company has been paid or compensated for their time as stated in their model release or website agreement. The models that have done shoots for their website do share in 50% of the profit from any sales of their content and they are advised both verbally and in writing that their content will be distributed, its in the model release! So they are fully aware that their face will be on other websites!
Of all the websites this very confused person has listed in this ripoff report there are 3 that I do not own or have anything to do with at all, so they have slandered sites that "if" I desereved to be listed like this sure did not deserve it. Of the model websites this person listed 4 of the 5 models have dissappeared and not returned phone calls or emails in the begining stages of their website design and several of them have money waiting for them but I cannot pay those who decide not to return communication. These models that just decide not to continue have cost me money in website design and editing time! www.natasharosexxx.com is online and making money out of the 5 models she is the only one that has stuck with it and now seeing the reward. Every model that committed to doing a website was told from day one that this is not a get rich quick scheme and not to expect a windfall over night! But most of them think porn is the fastest way to make money! LOL
Oh and due to the number of models that have flaked out on me in the middle of the design of their sites I am no longer desiging sites for models! But do continue to do Paid Shoots!
As for the person that wrote this they also do not understand the federal law, a copy of their ID and Model release (they called it a 2257 form it is a "model release" required by the 2257 regualtions again shows what they know about the business) must be given to any other website that buys the content to display! Oh and not just anybody can buy content and get the model releases as their are mechanisms in place to assure only webmasters get the model releases. But yes content can be bought by any regular person but they do not get the model release or ID.
