D'Avanzo Inc. Keith Davanzo, Bellatoria Pizza, Shannon Monahan This Company Will Not Pay You Cape Coral, Florida

My wife and I worked a weekend pizza event for D'Avanzo Inc. and Bellatoria Pizza in a Sam's Club in Tampa 5 months ago and have yet to be paid.  We have been calling and emailing Keith D'Avanzo and his company for the past 30 days, yet he does not pick up his phone, return any calls, respond to emails, or reply in any way.  We have spoken with numerous other Brand Ambassadors that have not been paid either.

We have been Brand Ambassadors for approximately 5 years and know how the game works.  Even though, he sounded shady from the start, saying that "It takes longer for us to get paid, so you will have to wait longer than the usual 30 days it takes for most promotions."  He did say that you would be paid "In approximately 60 days."  We had no problem with this as we have done this before in the past.  However, it is now 5 months later, with no payment, and neither one of us can get a hold of him in any way, shape or form.  Additionally, we have the original timesheet filled out and signed by our manager at the close of the event, as well as photos of our working at the event, and emails sent by us prior to the event making sure we had all of our paperwork in, so there should be no excuse why we have not gotten paid yet.

This company is shady, they will not pay you for work that you do, DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!
