Good lawyers fighting back against bad and scamming lawyers in Miami ... No more. ....

What I know... What I have proof on.... is that Edward has motivated and helped many of Miami's and New York's young women & men to build businesses, understand the importance of giving back and well Edward has also made a handful of people in business/women very very very RICH.

I am a lawyer who has been in the business of helping my clients fight back against being wrongfully or falsely accused.

This case stood out years ago because it was so ridiculous, but its also not surprising that FAKE lawsuits just like FAKE news circulate in cities like Miami. No basis, NO backup anyone can sue anyone. GET REAL! Gross!

*** But then again just like these girls, the lawyer was Benjamin Raul Alvarez *** What more proof do yo we need that not only was the case a scam, but just a few years later the attorney the girls hired was also a fraud. Edward was a VICTIM of scammers who wanted to STEAL and TAKE his companies monies.

A little about the girl's attorney... what a laywer - what a scammer...

The Honorable Judge Eileen M. O'Connor granted motion for sanctions against Alvarez Carbonell in the amount of $82,124. ****The sanctions against Alvarez Carbonell **** as detailed in the memorandum of Law were for “forged documents, lied under oath, submitted false affidavits, committed fraud upon the courts, ignored court orders, violated the rules of professional responsibility and trampled upon numerous criminal statutes.” See attached. Broward County case # 11- 1157021. *** *

On the 15th of February 2008, Edward was delivered the WIN. YES EDWARD WON! He only asked for two things.

1. That the undisclosed money they were to pay Edward to be donated 100% to the human society. Who does that? Donates all the money they paid him!

2. They write an apology, which is attached.

Before this happened the case so poorly presented its surprising that the lawyer for the plaintiff in the Miami Dade case No. 06-22891 CIV-COOKE filed on November 8th, 2006 is still a lawyer.

The lawyer and his plaintiffs had all sorts of FALSE claims to get as much money as they could from Edward. Edward is all business and so he, of course, fought back.

Here are the details.

1. March 28th Judge Marcia G. Cooke orders for the last time for the plaintiff to show proof…

2. March 30th Judge Marcia G. Cooke dismissed the case because there was ZERO proof on any of the claims.

3. See letter apologizing to Edward…

What to learn from this......

So if you read all the CRAP, they said in this complaint against Edward - there is a ZERO chance you can believe any of it with what I found out.

STOP Bad Lawyers and FAKE CASES ....

I dont know Mr. Edward De Valle, but I know a lot about him. He is a business celebrity in Miami and a man who has helped a lot of people. Specially women. I know if him becuase he has attended a women empowerment summit to help create a better work place for women. What CEO does this? He is awesome! When I heard him speak I was like "wish my law firm partners cared about Women the way he does".

I personally took the time to check into this as I was concerned when I read this. I am a laywer working in the Brickell Area, so pulling some strings I can check these things out. Its all all lie!

Mr De Valle was actually PAID money from these girls who lied and were bascially almost arrested for stealing corporate information from his former company. The amount Edward was paid has remained is un-disclosed, but I can tell you that Mr. De Valle won this case back in 2007 fair and sqaure. The ladies who have recently been engaged in other illegal acitvities have been the subject of continued conterversy in the city of Miami. Stay away from these ladies and do not hire them. Its been a long time since I have read such junk like what these ladies tried to pull off. 

Miami wants people like Edward and needs none of what these ladies bring the city.

Lies, Lies, Lies!

Whomever wrote this report has no idea what they are speaking about. Its sad to see that people attack people like Mr. de Valle II who from what most people know is the most generous person to be around. 

Only becuase I have the proof and I am Ok if you contact me, I can tell you how much BULL this is. Mr. de Valle II sued these ladies for stealing information back in 2006. The case was settled in Mr. de Valle II FAVOR in early 2007. In response to this lawsuit filed by Mr. de Valle II the ladies joined forces to FABRICATE a story which would later prove to be financially beneficial for Mr. de Valle II. 

The point. The ladies were forced to pay Mr. de Valle II an undisclosed amount of money for the defamation for which they FABRICATED. The judge was so angry that the ladies not only waisted US tax payers money,but also by the fact that it was so easy for their lawyer to pull something off like this. The lawyer also got hit with some fines for not following all of the proper court regulations. 

At the end what I can say is that I hope you ladies (remember I am a lady too) that you have moved on and gone your merry way. Mr. de Valle II has never published anywhere that he WON this case and that you all paid him money. Its a fact! Its a public record! Anyone can find out you lost! Please have some respect for the people in Miami who actually do soemthing to make our business world expand with positive influences like Mr. de Valle II.

Finally if you would have donated just 1% of the money Mr. de Valle II has to help promote the education of underprivalged women you would have thought long and hard before making this up.

Well, technically they put themselves in the awkward hotel situation...they could have left at any time.

If there were commissions being withheld, then that is something that needs to disputed in a courtroom, not on a website where ANYONE can post. Nothing can really be done by posting here.

You should be a little bit more proactive.

I think I've found my new role model. Go, Edward!
