I am opening a business and paid $59 for a logo design. They have submitted 3 logo updates and their website says "unlimited" revisions. Haven't seen a revision for a month now. Here is the latest email from the guy:

Well your not getting a refund. well you suck as a customer. so. lol two can play that game too. Its going to be as long as its going to be. Dont like it. well to bad. Thats how its going to be. No you didnt wait that long. You made it that long. Should have been precise in the beginning. Would have been less then a week. Instead you had to keep asking for revisions. My website does not state how long each revision will be.

And another:

I wanted to work and you demanded a refund. so now chill the h*ll out. You will receive your revisions as soon as they come in. Tuesday. Dont like it. tough sh*t basically.

Its not the money, its the principal. This guy is an arrogant twerp who took my money and never performed his service. I have also reported him to the Michigan attorney general.

This guy treats his customers like jerks

Want to add my two cents because of the fact that I'm a startup company that hired this guy Jeremy and his company Innovative Eye.  He has since changed the name of his website and now does business on craigslist as customdesignbusiness.com and we wanted to at least give people the heads up.

My business partner and I were really in shock because of the fact that he starts off like a nice guy, but as soon as he started working on the logos for us he turned into a real jerk, just like in the email that is in this report. 

When we were all done with the logo, we just paid him the $60 for the logo and just took it as a loss.  Ended up hiring some other guy to do the design work who ended up being highly professional, we will not name him as to not turn this into a free plug for his company.

What it came down to was that we hired this guy for a cheap price and he gave us art that reflected that price.  It is not the worst artwork in the world, but just know that you will be treated not so well by this artist.

We made a mistake with the very first client. That was my fault and it was not right of me. However the last person to file this complaint is FRANK or one of his friends. I say this because we have not charged $60 dollars for a logo since January.  We charge much more then this. Second off. We reviewed this person's name. We do not have him as a client. Never did. I keep all records of all clients. With over 10,000 emails of records. Not one matched a name "Alan Odman".  However funny he is living in fresno and says how great frank really is on his ripoffreport.  Frank is upset about our new website. Scared? Perhaps. To future clients. Careful. Don't go to scam artists who use their clients to file false complaints against their competitors.

Bad experience with customdesignbusiness.com and innovative eye logos

My own opinion for the world is to stay far away from CustomDesignBusiness.com

The owner might try to blame other people for ripoff reports that he says are untrue, but I can give you my own experience. 

Found customdesignbusiness.com on Craigs list.   I have no friends who are graphic artists,  and i'm not trying to make one person look good and one person look bad. It's true that he doesn't charge $60, but his website shows some pretty good logos and prices like $99 and $119.  When you actually get down to designing your logo you find out that your logo will cost about $200 because Jeremy says it's different.   When it's all said and done, you could end up paying twice as much as you expected to be paying for the logo.  Once you have given up the refund option, you are either out of luck and stuck with a logo that was overpriced or nothing at all.

I have no other designers to recommend instead of this one, but there are so many designers in town that all I can say is to pick anyone but this one.

Once Again Fake

Actually we tell the client upfront how much the project will be. We do not design then revise then request an additional fee if you change your mind. Obviously a fake. Tell you what. If you're real which I know your not tell me the paypal transaction ID, email, company name.   I'll refund you right now if this is true.

FrankD & Other competition. BACK OFF. My final warning.

On 3/26/2010 I visited http://www.customdesignbusiness.com and requested a logo for my online business. As promised Jeremy Vanslambrouck responded with 3 samples within the first 24 hours..I was impressed with a particular sample and chose it for my website. Not only was the service fast and professional, but I received a logo for a fraction of what the other companies were charging.. I would recommend Jeremey and this company to any and everyone searching for a professional, dependable solution... The completed the work for the lowest price that I could find and in the fastest amount of time..it doesn't get any better than that.
