JK Harris & Co LLC yet another victim Charleston South Carolina

After being signed up for an Offer in Compromise, for which I never qualified (the sales person should have been able to determine this with a few simple questions, but of course he was just worried about getting that initial down payment, and 8 months passing by before contact from JKH, lost paperwork, unreturned phone calls, and the caseworker sending a 'file closed' letter before the IRS had even made their determination.

I have requested a refund from the Review & Oversight Department. This department is equally as incompetent as the rest of everyone else at JKH. They said 30-45 days to make a determination, and of course, I NEVER HEARD BACK from them. So, on to small claims.
