Was looking for information on this business as forms they sent me to complete and fax back are fishy. BBB has no rating for this business and 2 complaints with no responses.

The address I found on other reports about this company does not match the address they gave on their forms, which is 1400 Broadfield #200, Houston TX. 

I looked up this address and it is a Virtual Office  with DaVinci, http://www.davincivirtual.com/. That is where a  business can pay for a 'virtual' presence at a physical office, with a receptionist that answers a local phone number for the area and forwards calls, etc to the actual contact information for the business, and also can receive faxes by e-mail or receive faxes to a local line and then forward the documents by e-mail.  You can read about this type of setup by searching virtual office in a search engine.

The fax number listed on the forms, when doing a reverse lookup, points to a home address in Katy, TX.

Other reports online indicate people signed up with this business, did the work of either distributing fliers or auditing the distribution of fliers in their area, and were not paid, and that clients paid Katy to distribute fliers for them and the work was never done.

The form asks for address, name, telephone number, and Drivers License or Social Security number,  and states that you will be an independent contractor and have to file income taxes for this yourself. It also states that it is NOT an employment contract and that you will be contacted when work is available in your area.  It includes terms that you will not work for, or start, a competing flyering business within 1 year of working for Katy.

I found out about this company through a local Craigslist ad:
"Need help placing pamphlets on doors of homes and apartments in the Greensboro area. Must have own vehicle and ID. Must also be able to pass background check and non-smoking. Work available immediately.  Specific areas we need help in are: (several neighborhoods in Greensboro area were listed)."
