Try calling this company or sending them an e-mail...their phones don't work and they never respond to requests. They are late on delivering work and the quality of their logos is poor! PLEASE, save yourself the trouble and avoid this company like the plague.
After I waited for days to get a logo finalized, they stopped answering my e-mails. Finally, someone contacted me and stated they would continue to provide me the service for an additional $29. Here's my response back:
What you are describing sounds reasonable. However, your website advertises that you offer next day delivery. I ordered my initial prints on December 6, 2011. I did not receive an initial draft until December 9, 2011. After requesting the final files, I received them by e-mail on December 13, 2011. When my client reconsidered her original position, I sent your company an e-mail on December 17, 2011 requesting that the logo be re-done. To this day, I have not received a response from your designer.
I was forced to hire a second design company to finish the logo due to your failure to respond. I would have gladly paid for the re-draft, however, your lack of diligence forced me to find an alternative. Accordingly, I don't believe I received what I bargained for, due to the delay in time and costs involved. I am requesting that you return my money accordingly.
To this day, I haven't gotten a response!!!! WOW
