Metro-Msi, Dalton Management, Innovage is a ripoff Located in Wilmington North Carolina

I just wanted to update the first notice I placed since they conveniently decided to go by a different name since the first posting. Also here are the people in charge.

Hi, I'm actually the lady that took you out on a day of observation. As for being 'taken in'... everything I told you in your interview was true and I'm sad that you want to dog a business simply because you were never called back after your interview. Please don't be such a sore loser, some people don't have what it takes to reach success, and obviously you are one of those people, otherwise I would have called you back in. It's really sad when people that cant cut it want to talk negativly about an opportunity they wouldn't have the dedication it takes to succeed in our business. As for your 'name change' issue. The owners of individual offices are allowed to name their branch, it's in no way an attempt for someone not to be able to locate us online. The business has changed my life and made me reach for the top, I'm sorry you couldn't cut it. I just hate that you couldn't cut it from what I saw on our interview and now you want to make us look bad when really it's that don't have what it takes to be successful. Maybe if you learn to be self-motivated and realize that success is earned not passed out, I'm sure your life will get better and blame will be put on yourself and that realization will give you the drive to improve. I wish you the best in everything and hope you can develop the skills needed not to be a 9-5 "typical-job" drone.

Metro MSI:

My ex-Fiance' became employed with Metro MSI one year ago. She was promised a managers postion within 6 months of hire date. After 6 months came and went, she was then promised a managers position within 8 months. 8 Months came and went and still no manager position became available.

Now it is comming up to one year and my fiance' puts in well over 80 hrs a week and brings home barely $350 a week on an avarage. We have had many, many arguements over this job and it eventually was the demise of our relationship. So many hours invested, while her manager recognizing that my fiance' was making alot of money for them. Management set goals for each individual, (Goals consist of making a certain amount of cash sales per day). when in actuality, its not the employees goal, but rather the manager who sets the goals in order to make money for management, leaving the one who labors broke.

It is a pyramid scam. You have to get a certain many employees to work under you for a certain period of time. This can also be seen in Amway type pyramid scams. It does not work because of the type of people the job attracts. Every now and then, Metro MSI gets a good person (like my ex-fiance') and this is how they make their money. Exploiting good intentions from good people in order to gain for themselves.

Please, do not be sucked in to this company. You will not progress forward in life. They actually put you through alot of "positve self improvement" crap that actually blinds the employee into thinking this company cares about the employee, when in actuallity all they care about is their own pockets getting fatter and fatter.
