OK.... I just want to let everyone know, NOT TO BUY FROM HIM!!! Ok.... THIS IS PACKETFLIP.... He is very unethcial and a criminal. He stole $200 from me!! So, here is the story... I e-mail this guy about 10 e-mails about 20 minutes apart... He flips out! He says that he is shutting my service down because I e-mail him so much. So, I open up PayPal disputes... Now let me remind you this is less than 24 hours after I paid him! assuming PayPal would help me out... they didn't because they don't help out in service on eBay transactions. So, he stole $200 from me! Please, be cautious when dealing with PacketFlip or this guy! (Same Person) HE STOLE $200!! NOW I NEED TO FILE A FRAUD CLAIM! ALL BUYERS BEWARE!!

Rebuttal to CAW300ZX's claims

I am Jonathan Liu from Packet Flip and am here to present our side of the story.

CAW300ZX ("Client") claims he began experiencing issues the morning of January 6th, 2010 with our services. Client sent an initial email at approximately 11:30AM PST stating he was experiencing troubles and required assistance. Without receiving a response, Client sends seven additional emails between the initial email and 12:30PM (one hour from the initial email). Client then filed a PayPal dispute and continues to send emails.

By 1PM (1.5 hours after initial email), there are approximately 25 emails from Client. A response is sent to Client, attempting to resolve the situation amicably. Client calls the company phone number and unfortunately the call is dropped. Client immediately sends multiple emails every several seconds claiming he was hung up on. These emails contain only a subject without a body. Client then begins calling non-stop and filling up our voicemail box. At this time, the PayPal dispute is escalated and ultimately PayPal favors us in its decision.

Client begins posting that our company is a scam on forums such as this one and continues to send email every several seconds and calling the company phone number. Client then decides to take the posts down and pleads to resolve the issue amicably. We agree that we will work with him, however, we must tend to our other clients as his excessive emailing and calling has resulted in the slow down of service to our other clients. He agrees and we begin tending to our other clients. Thirty (30) minutes after this agreement, Client begins sending emails every several seconds and calling nonstop demanding service be given to him. Similar to Client's previous emails, these emails only contain a subject and no body. Client has not allowed us to sufficiently tend to our other clients and at this point, Client has sent well over 100 emails in a matter of less than three hours.

Due to Client's behavior, we refuse to service him. For the next 24 hours, Client frequently calls us derogatory terms due to us being based in San Francisco, CA.

First off..... 100 emails??? That is over exaggerating! It was more like 10-15! Also, somehow the phone call was dropped??? Why didn't you answer when I called back then 3 hours later? And if I called sooooo many times as you say, why didn't you answer?? Maybe because you customer service is a sham and you just wanted to ignore me and take my money!!
So, let's think for one second.... if a call is dropped.... the customer calls back..... what do you do? YOU ANSWER THE PHONE..... but NO, you decided to ignore me!

ALSO THE ONLY REASON PAYPAL RULED IN YOUR FAVOR IS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT COVER SERVICES! OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD HAVE WON!!

You this it is right? You take someones money, don't give them services??? This is not right and everyone who reads this will be empathetic on my side. You can't just take a customer's money and refuse to give services...
