Yellow Book BEWARE!! do NOT advertise with Yellow Book, they will take you to the cleaners! We advertised for several years, paid our bills on time, tried to cancel in 2005, and we were charged for more advertising, Internet

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!! BEWARE!! do not get scammed by Yellow Book. Our business advertised for several years, and paid our bills on time. Yellow Book would always send us proofs with apples in them .. every year.. WRONG! and then correct to our normal ads. what a mess! Then they messed up our account in 2004, billing had issues at Yellow Book, after fixing this, and more incorrect proofs, we decided to cancel in 2005.

Our cancelation was never acknowledged, and we were send more contracts and with bogus signatures (that they produced in court) They sent our billings after running canceled ads in 2006/ 2007 to their vulture collection company in 2008, we received endless calls, day, mornings, and nights demanding payments of canceled contracts. We told the collections and yellow book that we did not owe these bills on canceled service, and to leave us alone, the phone calls and letters continued.

We finally tried to settle for half of the 10,000 they said we owed (we did not owe a dime, to be done with it) they said NO! and hauled us into a court suit. The judge, because they fax you contracts.. BEWARE!!! took our fax number as bible (with fraud signatures) and awarded Yellow Book a judgement, they will come after you also personally, the judge did not allow the personal judgement, as the signatures were not mine. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE, THEY WILL STOP AT NOTHING, THE ADVERTISING IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY PRINT IT ON.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND STAY AWAY .. if not BEWARE.. this has been an endless headache for us!!
