I was trying to check out Ameraco before I purchase the program (495.00)..So I google "Ameraco" and nothing came up negative..So I purchase the program and not one INVESTOR pick-up any of my properties..I follow all the requirements necessary for a INVESTOR to pick-up my properties, so I can get a commission on them. I started to DOUBT this company and it's INVESTORS...I google again and this time I put "Ameraco, Inc." and WOW..I found RIP-OFF and all the complaints about Ameraco..I wish when I google "Amerco" the first time...Rip-Off would of show up. Rip-off should be on both....Ameraco and Ameraco, Inc. Please adjust accordly because I would of never purchase this program, if I would of found out about Rip-Off first......HELP !!

WOW. You tried googling Ameraco and nothing came up huh?? If you Google either Ameraco or Ameraco Inc, you can't help but see the information. Some of these threads have been alive since 2002. However, according to you, all of the negativity happened within the last year. Sounds to me like you are looking for a reason why you failed and can conveniently blame Ameraco. In your blog, you are justifying a refund to yourself

I was also defrauded by Ameraco. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office. I also plan to call them. I recommend that you consider the same.
