at&t yellow.com Told me I would be getting certain advertising and did not get it at all. They lied Glendale, California

Yellowpage.com representive Betty contacted me selling to me over the phone I can be the number on spot in internet adversising.  We agreed to meet. I met with Betty and Patty Ahern.  They both promised number one spots, number one spots over and over and over again.  The both promised they would keep contact with me whenever I need them.  

We agreeed for advertising.  I keept calling Patti asking when payment would start.   She had no idea.  Come time find out they were taking payment out of my account before advertising even started.  They said they would credit my account they never did. 

Only part of my advertisment they promised me  has ever happaned.  I called and text messgage my rep Pattiy Ahern many a times about all my concerns.  What am I paying for I am not happy. She never once called me back after I left those messages.

I put stop payment out.  However I still sent some money because I was trying to get attention from them.  I called customer service a couple of times told them my story I asked to speak to a manager.  They would not let me.

Finally they tranferred me to Robert D. manager.  I told him I was very unhappy I told him why I was unhappy I told him why I was not paying bill.  On October 30, 2009 he said he would call me back he never did.

I received e-mail from collections  asking why I have not paid.  I sent e-mail stating all my concerns.  They said some one would call with in 48 hours.  No one call.

Do no do business with them. As soon as they take your money they do not care what else happens to you.  The tell you something just to get your money.  You will not get what they tell you would get.  I am a business owner  I have been advertising with companies for years.  I have always paid my bills.  I have never experienced problem like this.  They do very very bad business. 

Do no use this company to advertise go someplace else.
