I was on Amazon one day and seen a sample bottle of Chella Skin care you could order,you just pay shipping $6.95

I ordered it to try it but thought it was no good and that was it. Finally a month has gone by and all of a Sudden I receive this bottle of Chella Skin Care. My credit card had already been put on Autoship every month for this product at $90.00 They already billed me that amount on my Mastercard! I called the phone number listed and out of 6 days calling the number has been busy the whole time! I have never talked to any one yet but still trying. I finally decided to go to Chella's website and do customer service there and no response but they have the same phone number.I had to call my Mastercard and report it stolen and to cancel that account. Do not buy from them as you will never here from them at all! Please let everyone you know about this company!!!!!

You will be billed the super low, members only price of $90.00 & Free Shipping- that's almost a 20% overall savings! In addition, you will also be enrolled as a FREE member in the ChellÃ¡ Replenishment Program. Unless you wish to cancel your membership, you'll continue to get a fresh supply of Chella's Skin Firming Serum - Istante Beauty (regularly $100.00) every 60 days for the low, members only price of $90.00 & Free Shipping ... a continuing discount of almost 20%! And remember, with ChellÃ¡ there are no commitments, no hassles and you can cancel anytime.'

As such, the product was sent to her in accordance with the Replenishment Program she agreed to when she purchased the Free Trial. In addition, she was sent two emails detailing the Replenishment Program- one immediately when she placed her Free Trial order and then one 24-48 hours after the Free Trial was shipped. Both emails explained the program and let her know that she had 17 days to cancel with us if she did not wish to be billed or receive additional product from Chella.

We firmly stand behind our products and are happy to refund any product upon its return to us for a full refund.

This customer sent a tremendously vile and profane email and I have replied to her email with the information on how to receive a refund. I invite any of your readers to contact me with any further questions and have attached my email address below my signature.
