Citimortgage - Citifinancial Mortgage citimortgage, citibank, citifinancial Citimortgage is the Most Unprofessional and Exhausting. I started refinancing in March. It's October and I have been back and forth with underwriters since July giving them everything short our kids Ann Arbor, Michigan

I started refinancing in March of 2009 for a lower interst rate and was told this process would take no more than two months.  It's October 2009 and I have been in Underwriters since July 2009 going back and forth with CitiMortgage requesting so many additional documents that it's become apparent they never intended to put this thru. I know I qualify and further know CitiMortgage is running a scam on hard working Americans like myself.  With this, something should and has to be done to stop them from getting away with this scam.  The quicker the better!
