Bought a NEW manufactured Home from Clayton Homes of  Kinzers PA in March, 2009.  Our Salesman was Ray "K".  Gave our $100.00 deposit at that time.  Picked out our EXACT home from the model on the Kinzers Pa lot.  Ordered our home with just TWO exceptions.  Glamour tub & air conditioner was not to be included.  ALL ELSE WAS TO BE EXACTLY as the model ordered.  Gave another $5,000.00 in April, 2009.  Home was to be ordered at that time.  Shortly after Ray K was FIRED.  Nina Catagnus the General Manager took over.  The nightmare begins...  Nina was told by us over & over again that we were getting the EXACT same as the model except for the two exceptions, she agreed.  She also promised a FREE SHED & Air Conditioner for "our troubles".  Home was to be done by June 25,2009.  Nina INSISTED we sign mortgage paperwork with Vanderbilt Mortgage(owned by Clayton Homes) on June 18,2009, BEFORE seeing & inspecting home.  We did after being threatened that the "deal would be off" if we didn't.  Reluctently we did PRIOR to seeing home.   Home was delivered to community on June 25,2009.  We asked several times to walk thru & were told we couldn't till FINAL inspection.  Final inspection was being delayed due to home being "dropped" on gas lines. & not being placed where it should have been per the utility company.  Finally inspection was done on July 9, 2009 at that time we walked thru & was told by Nina & repairman Doug to do a "checklist".  We were not going to take the home because it was not what we ORDERED & ARE PAYING FOR.  We were threatened by Nina Catagnus that if we didn't do the walk thru & take the keys she "would sell the home".  We had nowhere else to go, 7 being threatened with being in the strett with our 2 kids & our dog we took the keys.  There were SEVERAL ISSUES with the home.  It had a tub & NO SHOWER STALL, the sunroom had NO CEILING FAN, NO HOSE HOOK UP, NO WINDOW IN MASTER BATH.  Doors did not LOCK, No vertical blinds & blinds at all.  Carpet has seems, staple marks where there are no staples!!!  On & On.  Contacted BBB, News Media & PA atty General office.  Scott Oliver, Manager started ball rolling on repairs but left position after FLEETWOOD filed for Bankruptcy.  Still paying for home we did not order, left with repair issues & incompetent salespeople & all different "managers" trying to "resolve" problems.  NOTHING gets done.  GROSSLY misleading & Corrupt managers, salespeople, staff at CLAYTON HOMES of Kinzers PA.  Oh, never got the FREE shed..........
