Coast To Coast Advertising Now Nationwide Advertising In IL Rips People Off! They will charge you a yearly renewal you did not agree to or for an ad you never get to see!! Springfield Illinois

This company used to be Coast to Coast Advertising, now they call themselves Nationwide Advertising. They sell ads for restaurant place mats and phone book covers. We got an ad on both, and did not agree to a “yearly renewal” policy they came up with when we disputed charges. We didn't get to see the ads, nor did they bring any customers, so DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Plus, they disappeared for a little while and then resurfaced and charged us a “yearly renewal” we never agreed to. The person who sells the ads is the same person I dealt with when inquiring about the charges, and he is extremely rude. I asked him to send me a copy of the contract where I supposedly agreed to renew the ad every year, and he faxed me a simply copy of their “policies.” That's when I noticed they had changed their name.

I received a call last year asking me if I wanted to renew the phone book ad and I said NO, but they still charged me a couple months ago for it. Now they're saying that I have to write a cancellation request and send it to them to avoid being charged again next year!!!

I am disputing these charges. I read on the internet that people who have cancelled are still being charged for ads they never saw printed.

BEWARE!!! They will rip you off!
