I was contacted by telephone by Chris Fletcher at Advantage Media Corp promoting targeted marketing towards homebuyers to refinance current FHA mortgages.  He stated that his marketing efforts would generate between 5 to 7 refinance transactions because their marketing toward their databases is that effective.  In order to start the process I would need to send him a $770 check to their corporate office in Washington DC.  He even sent via email to me an overnight Federal Express Mailing Address  label to mail the check.  Once they received the check they would begin the marketing campaign.  I have never heard back from anyone at Advantage Media Corp from numerous phone calls and emails.   I myself hopes that he steals enough money to go to jail, or someone does meet him in on the street that he had stolen their money.
