EBAY BAIT AND SWITCH EBAY BAITS YOU WITH CREDIT OFFERS AND THEN RENEGS ON OFFER 2145 Hamilton Avenue San Jose, California

Recently I applied for an Ebay Credit card to receive a 15% discount on my next purchase. The add clearly say APPLY AND GET A 15% ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE! I have a very high credit rating near 750.

So I apply and am immediately declined. S this sound more like Ebay doing its own data harvesting on their clients than anything else. Well right after I am delcined which in itself seems laughable due to my impeccable, verifiable credit, Ebay then makes a closing statement. YOU MAY OR MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR 15% CREDIT NOW.

So then I contact the usual at first wants to be helpful live help. They are always cheerful and then endit with a sorry we cannot help you spiel. They refer me to the Ebay credit card company. Ebay Credit card company SWITCHES ME to PAYPAL, whcih by the way if they do that is the deaht knell. Paypal always says iot is not our problem. This by the way is an Ebay bait and switch tactic. They switch you to paypal, claim they can help you. Paypal then says hey they are not ebay sorry and hangs up, when iin fact Ebay bought paypal so that makes them one in the same!

I AM GOING TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY. IF THIS IS WIDESPREAD AS I SUSPECT IT MIGHT BE, I PLAN TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! We will see how this pans out. 15% is a small amount and I am but one fish in this vast ebay ocean, however, if 10,000 people complain maybe ebay will have to listen.

I also know Ebay could care less. Maybe if their stock goes into the toilet they will think differenlty. I have dumped all of mine!!
