I have also fallen victim to Estrela Marketing Solutions.  I recently rented over 3 million email records through them resulting in only 4 leads!  They tried putting the blame on our creative and subject lines but we tested another list at the same time we were testing through Estrela and it performed very well.

I have read allot of the other claims against them and it all sounds so familiar because it happened to us exactly that same way. It's so disheartening to know that they continue to get away with this.

They got our money and then all customer service went out the door!  They were completely unwilling to help us out on our requests when we noticed the first drop doing so poorly.  They took the money and then ran!

It's really to bad that there are companies like this out there because it makes people very hesitant to test other email marketing vendors that actually have good reputations.

So in conclusion do not go to Estrela Marketing Solutions if you are looking to do an Email Marketing Campaign!!!

To Whom it May Concern,

Who are you? What company do you represent? If you are going to slander our good name, you should give us a chance to defend ourselves and offer details about our communication.

Like I have mentioned before, I take any complaints about our customer service very seriously however if I don't know what company you are with and that you are indeed a customer and not an unscrupulous competitor, how will I be able to help make things right?

Please provide your company name, and contact name and I would be happy to assist you in any way possible.

Please be so kind as to provide some details and proof that you are a customer of ours. You say that you are not a competitor however you have not provided any details of your experience and have not even provided your name in the complaint.
