I signed up with Father's Choice out of desperation in August 2008. I paid $98 enrollment and an additional total of $845 and faxed them all my personal information, my pay stub, my son's information, social security, etc.

Immediately after enrollment, I had a conference call with an "attorney." My Case Manager was Scott Williams (1-800-964-1664). After that I spoke with Sarah, a "paralegal" (1-805-685-0234). Sarah apparently had phone problems and could not hear me well.

Everytime I called Scott, I got his voice mail. He never returned my calls. Then, I called 1-805-685-0234. The person I spoke to said I had an incorrect number for Scott (who was not in) and gave me another number to call (1-800-566-4197). He also added ask for Scott or Mr. Tams. I informed him that the number on Father's Choice letterhead was incorrect. He said the company was being restructured.

The next day (09/08), I got a call from Joel (1-805-685-1646). We had barely spoken when he said he had another call and would call me back in five minutes. As of this date (eight day's since he was supposed to get back to me), I have not received a call from Joel. Each time I call any of the above telephone numbers, I get a recording with a voicemail box that is full.

Today, I complained to my credit card company. They gave me 1-888-268-6489. I spoke to a female who transferred me to Adrianna. I asked Adriana why I could not contact my case manager, and her response was in future to call her. I asked her when I would be receiving my documents, and she replied next week.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this company. Now that they have all my personal information, I am very concerned. I will update this report next week as I am supposed to receive my documents next week.
