Idearc MEDIA LLC SUPERPAGES.COM They don't listen to the customers! They do EXACTLY what they want to do,only to EXPECT You the customer to pay for it.My $$$ is well deserved and very hard earned NO THANK YOU FOR THE RIP OFF Internet

This company agreed to do my grand opening advertisement for my salon TOUCHDOWN haircuts. And to my surprise nothing I expected was done, my website which was done how they wanted to do,had all wrong informaton on it about the salon, about my staff,about the services. It was a disaster, I sent over a rough drafted email of what i thought would look nice on the website and before I knew it I had a website with similar words on it.Never did I recieve a call of confirmation that this would be on the website. After trying to make contact about this decision .

I realized that my actual flyer had not been recieved on timefor my grand opening that only last for two months. Then when they FINALLY were sent to me they TOO were all wrong ,surpised? Don't be. The color scheme was not of my choice.The wrong information was printed on the flyer and this neither was confirmed with me.

Had it been so i would not be sending in this complaint. After this whole Miscommunication between ALL of the people I've emailed and left voicemails for I figured it was easier just to cancel my (7) contracts they had me sign since IDEARC has done nothing I've asked of them. And till this day 8/25/09 they refuse to remove the wrongly posted website for my salon (bomber) And after all of this have the audacity to expect payment from me.
