I initially signed up with Verizon Yellowpages (IDEARC) for my yellow page advertising in 06...I started having problems immediatley and was always hung up on or never called back. I continuted to pay my bill for over 3 years...This month (dec 09) I get a bill for over double (55.00 to 125.00) I call them up and they hung up several times..then said I okd a new ad, which I definatley did not..then I say the ad looks the same to me..and they say..oh (click hang up)...I call back several times and am told to just pay the 125 per month or the will take me to claims, sue my business, and call police...

I am so disgusted with IDEARC...I just did several searches and now see what kind of company they are.

I took the first step and contacted the California Attorney Generals office with this information..I will contact bbb and local attorney soon.

If IDEARC IS READING THIS AND THEY REALLY WANT TO TREAT ME WITH RESPECT AND LISTEN TO ME AND CANCEL MY SERVICE AND REFUND ME PLEASE RESPOND.

after a  year i got them to cancel my account ...THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS....IMAGINE THAT! LOL
HOPE THE NEW COMPANY DOESNT RIP OFF PEOPLE LIKE THE OLD ONE DID.....GOODLUCK
