IPR Annuity And Mortgage Leads Run By Eric Ruben Annuity Pre Set Appointment Scam and denial of Refund after zero set meetings Los Angeles California

I wish that I had done some homework and found this site before I purchased annuity leads and pre set appointments from Eric Ruben of IPR Annuity and Mortgage leads since someone already filed a rip off warning about him. Eric is now in California doing the same scam that he pulled in Indiana.

Back on September 15 2008 I agreed to buy 20 pre set annuity lead appointments for a cost of 1200 dollars or 60 dollars a meeting. I also agreed to give him 45 days to accomplish this task.

As of today, December 9th 2008, Eric has provided zero meetings. I also made an agreement with Eric and IPR that if he did not provide the meetings by the 45 day limit I was entitled to a full refund for each meeting not provided.

After the 45 days passed I still did not have any meetings from him and I began to ask for my money back and all he ever did was give me escuses why he could not do his job. He told me about his staff and the people working for him but I have only ever taked to him.

I asked for a full refund on November 25th and he told me that he was sending it ASAP. By December 2nd I made more contacts with him to see where my refund is and he had no answer. He even wanted more time to set appointments for me and never said anything about the refund.

On December 5th I filed a formal complaint at the BBB in Los Angeles and since he is doing everything in his power to get to remove my filing with the BBB. He even tried to tell me that the BBB scams people.

Do not ever send this man any money. He will rip you off. He has done it before and he is doing it again and now he has a web site so he has the ability to rip people off anywhere in the country.

I have the feeling that I am going to have to take him to small claims court to get my money back and if I do that I am going to make this my mission to see that he is out of the business of scaming people.
