I'm a realtor in Fullerton who paid Larry Caines $900 for 12 months of delivered newsletters. I only recieved 3 months and now he won't answer my calls. He says he has sent me a check for the remaining balance but from what I have read this is his common ploy to get you to stop calling him for awhile. From talking with other realtors who have also gotten ripped off I guess I am lucky to have recieved 3 months.

On top of not performing my contract he sold the same exclusive area to another competing realtor.

I also got a complaint from a printer and a delivery person that never got paid either. He is definitely a con-artist and moving from town to town.
