Is "USDMG" a Legitimate Company?
I am responding to this posting because I was one of the people mentioned as a point of contact with this person simply known as “USDMG”.
TOPIC 1: Legitimacy of “USDMG”
After a thorough review of this allegation, we tried to locate this “USDMG” in our network and found no records of any such company known as "USDMG" ever conducting business with our marketing company. Additionally we tried to research this company and found a generic website with no phone number, no address or contact details listed. Due to the ambiguity of this person’s identity and numerous discrepancies with their allegations, we believe this post was prepared as an ill-fated attempt of unlawful business defamation to try and hurt our image and reputation.
Despite the fact that we have no prior business activities with a company called “USDMG”, I would like to respond to every allegation aforementioned:
TOPIC 2: Monitoring Campaign Performance
Through my past several years of employment with this company, I can attest that we take every assertive approach to aid and assist all of our customers and are committed to the goals put forth by the marketing campaign we are servicing.
We engage in a direct working relationship with our clients to ensure that their campaign is meeting all of the conditions as set forth by their order specifications and requirements.
Through our committed efforts, if performance levels were ever deemed unsatisfactory by any client then we would be happy to work with them to come to an amicable and successful solution.
To give just a small example of initiatives we have implemented before. On certain requests we underwent advertising and script customizations and changes that worked best when information is aggregated during the pre-qualifying stages with a referral to ensure greater adherence and cohesiveness to our client’s current internal sales process.
TOPIC 3: Return Policy
Our return policy is outlined in the terms of every order we engage in and is defined as such for Live-Transfer calls:
a) Call not successfully connected to agent due to error or dropped attempt.
b) Invalid criteria as per indicated order requirements.
c) Customer was not interested at time of established call connection.
Furthermore, every call is monitored and recorded for quality assurance. With any given return we can divert to the audio file for proof of the validity and outcome to each call.
Replacements and credits are made for any leads within the aforementioned guidelines above.
TOPIC 4: Customer Service and Hours of Operation
We follow-up to every inquiry whether it be via phone, fax, email and/or mail. As such, “USDMG” fallaciously claims their communication attempts were left unanswered. Yet all of our records show this company never inquired about our services, ever enlisted with our company, or sent any communications via our website.
Every marketing representative within our company is here to help. Staff members are here to assist clients from 10am – 7pm CST, Mon - Fri. All of our marketing representatives service existing and new accounts and offer assistance to other representatives orders whenever required.
Lastly to “USDMG”, please do not hide behind a fictitious name or falsified claim. Come forward and present your true identity for the rest of us to see.
