Magazine Service Tamarac USA They took money off of my debit card without my authorization Tamarac Florida

This company that I have no idea who they are, but they have went into my debit card and taken money off of it for some magazines that I know nothing about.

I happened to look at my account yesterday because I use this card specifically for my student loan payments of $369 per month. I placed the $369 on the debit card on Sunday, September 28th and $57.48 was taken from it on yesterday which made my card decline for my student loan payment.

The U.S. Dept of Education was going to garnish my wages until they kind of figured out that I was telling the truth when I was able to furnish them a copy of the moneygram in which I put the money onto the debit card.

I do not know what to do because they may try and continue taking money from my card. I need your help really badly.
