Mantis Mobile Media In Fort Myers Still Owes me $100.00 and Time on the Truck! Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs Florida

I used Mantis Mobile Media, Inc. for my computer business. I came across them because they were calling around to new businesses to see if they needed advertising. We did, so we decided to meet up with them. We decided to go with their smaller package, as we did not know the company well, and gave them $500.00. They promised a lot of things and did not deliver.

First of all, the "graphics" guy does not know what he is doing. He made us a "billboard" that was too dark and not attractive. He said he liked it, etc. etc. So we went with it. He said it would be ready in a week. Three weeks passes... still no call or billboard. I contact them and it seems that we have fallen off their plate of things to do. They said they will attend to it.

About two weeks later, same thing, I call them. They inform me that they are having copyright issues because the back was the microsoft background that he said looked great, etc. We had even asked him prior to using it if it was Microsofts background, he said no. Anyway, he said we would have to use another background. We had already spent hours with this guy in the first place. Plus, he claims that his printer is all the way in Bonita (about 45 min) away from where we were. We told him just to use what we had in the first place. He later says that he worked it out and it was fine as it was.

Being that we had so much trouble, he said he would refund us $100.00. After not seeing it for two weeks I contacted him, his partner, etc. I had to talk to his partner a lot because many times he would not return my calls throughout this whole ordeal. He said he forgot to send out the check, and he would drop it in our mailbox that day. Well, another week passes, still not check. Call, same thing. The last phone call he hadn't returned.

So, here I am, about 5 months later and still out all that money. I do not think it was even advertised on his truck. We got no calls, never saw it driving around with it on there and they are shady all around. I would definitely not give them money.

They seem like a small company that is on their last leg. Do not trust them!
