Mr. Leonard is a thief and a liar. He has conned 3 people I know out of their money for some advertising scheme that doesn't even exist. We caught him red handed buying personal things with our money 15 minutes after we sent him off with a check. He said he would be covering the expenses of our project with his own personal money. That never happened. Bottom line is Marshall Todd Leonard is a lying thief with criminal intent.

I hope that no one that knows Todd Marshall Leonard, or Marshall Todd Leonard, has to go through like we have. If you google his name, you will find 2 additional post on this same website about him scamming people in multiple cities around texas. That is how i found out about this site. Sad person.

Reading the other posts I found he has a kid and a wife that he abandoned and a trail of debts leading us all around this country. Stop this man before he hurts other families.
