MPIS, Inc. Lost people.com FRAUD Keyser, West Virginia

I requested the services of MPIS, lostpeople.com to find a person's employment using ss#.   Their website said less than a week I would have results.  Very professional looking website.   When I put credit card number in to pay, it declined it, therefore I used another card and it went through.  I then received an email saying my request had been processed and my card had been charged.   Subsequently I have been charged on the card that was DECLINED along with the one that went through.  I called and left them emails about this issue.  FINALLY after about a week I received a response from them explaining what had happened and that the issue would be taken care of and my card would be credited, also that they did not find employer but other info that if I wanted they would send me those results.  Well, it's been another week and a half and I have not seen a credit on my card and no email with the results they claim to have found on the person I was searching.  I have called repeatedly and left messages and have emailed numerous times with NO RESPONSE.  Very frustrating and disappointing.  DO NOT USE THEIR  SERVICES.    VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
