Real Success Institute ripped me off for $129.99 even after sending back their material Orem Utah

i orginally saw an ad on google that stated you could make money by sending $1.95 for a cd. i received a package that contained a lot of cd's and a bill for $129.99. we did open it up and my wife and i were so upset, we sealed it back up and sent it back via the postal service without an rma. we were billed on our debit card on 11-30-2007 for $129.99. we called Real Sucess Institute and talked to a Laura and she informed me in 7 days she would credit our debit card for half that amount of $65.00. it did not happen and she also claimed the balance would be credited when the company received the package. so far they have not credited our debit card. i have them a number of times trying to talk and/or leave mesages for Laura to call me back.
so far, nothing.
