Servicemagic Unethical fraudulent business model. False claims on qualified leads. Plano Texas

They are very smooth when they pitch to you as a contractor; they claim you will receive only pre-screened qualified leads. Once you sign up they start to send you so called qualified leads. Of the first dozen I received, only one was actually pre-screened, and actually qualified. However that lead had already been called by other contractors in the area. ( I had the service set up to text me and call my cell when leads came in, however I was never the first to call the customer back even when I used the ring back service provided by servicemagic. )

During the sales pitch they stress to you that all the leads are screened and qualified; however when you call to complain about the quality of the lead or ask for a refund they claim…”it's just advertising, they aren't qualified leads!” the old bait and switch.

If you are a contractor avoid using this fraudulent, misleading, dishonest organization. They are bottom feeders, I wish some enterprising lawyer would investigate and see if a class action law suite could shut this co artist corporation down.
