I seen an ad online for information on how to make money using your computer online (googlerevolution.com). It said no computer experience necessary just send them $1.86 US and they would mail you the package. I unfortunately used my master card and thats when the trouble began.
These googlerevolution people then promptly passed out my credit card info to a variety of shady partners involved in this scam including.
SOCIALTOOLKIT.COM/ SimpleFindDollar.com/easyonlinecash.net/ With charges ranging from $34 to $87 monthly from each of these so called affiliates.
I had 7 days to cancel the initial googlerevolution/SimpleFindDollar contract which I did after 5 days once I realized they where actually selling nothing I wanted, since I never received anything for my 2 bucks-ok so what right. The people I canceled with at easyonlinecash.net 866-898-1401 advised me that my cancellation was accepted and no more charges would result, this was a blatant lie.
The following month my credit card was again charged Transaction Date: June 18, 2009 Post Date: June 20, 2009 Transaction Description: SimpleFindDollar.com 877-784-1269 GBR Charge: ($85.98). So I contacted them again and they said they never received my cancellation notice, though they agreed to give me a refund(they did) and accepted my cancellation once again-I thought it was over-Not yet.
The following month yet again another one of these shady partners was picking my pocket July 07 2009, $40.37 877-208-6487*CASHONLNE 877-2086487 UT. So again I contacted them and canceled yet again and was told yet again I would not be charged again-LOL. Not so easy.
The next month to my amazement August 04/09 (though I was now getting used to this abuse)$41.54 SOCIALTOOLKIT.COM 186-63631350 UT was now getting in on the action. I contacted them and they stated their charges were legit since I never canceled my account. Pardon me I said I already canceled this agreement several times already but they said they had no no record of this (Ya Right) and the charges would stick. So then I contacted master card yet again and even reported my card lost/stolen hoping this would solve the problem. It did temporarily.
The next month September 18, 2009 $42.14 TRANSACTION REBILL 186-63631350 UT.These shysters now supplied my master card people with a contract stemming back from the initial $1.86US googlerevolution information package. Since I had no documented proof of any cancellations I am now stuck with this charge and only god knows if its over yet.
My advice to all is never and I mean NEVER ever use your personal credit card for any purchases on line. If you did/do and ever cancel any contracts make sure to get it in writing to back you up if problems like mine arise. Better yet get a pre-paid credit card as they cant re bill and share your billing info with other shysters so easily with these.
