United Air Comfort Aka Darrin Stella, Aka Ian Berch ripoff! Fraudulent paper work. Ft Lauderdale and Martinez Florida

It first started out as being $39.99 for air duct cleaning. When they finished checking my united the tech said it would be $480.00. I then was told they were contracted and that the check had to be made out to darrin stella. He received his payment and stated he would be back the next day to complete the work.

I became real concern so I first checked my account so that I could cancel the check, but it was to late he cashed in on the same day. So I then contacted the company to make them aware of what happen the told me. Mr. stella paid them $250.00 in cash and said that's what i gave him.

I faxed over my receipt which showed $480.00 plus my bank sent me a copy of the check. The tech actually signed a fake receipt and kept $230. to hiself. They claim I was fired and that they were working on my refund. I've been calling the owner Ian Berch since 6/11/04 and he's not responding to none of my calls
