I shipped a early AM letter...... Next Day Air Early AM .......it was only going less then 100 miles.

Shipped on 12/23 delivered on 12/29

I can not find any place on their web site and no one at UPS told me no refunds on deliveries shipped 12/23 thru 12/24 they even said it would get their on the 24th

Way to go you UPS idiots !!

UPS said to bad we take your money for a next day air and we can take as long as we want for the delivery and no refund.

And these people want to take over the USPS?? What a joke.

I totally agree with you here. UPS sucks PERIOD.

Good customer service went out the door years ago now it's us and ourselves and the money we make and kiss our fat butts customers. We're right you're wrong type thing. UPS even treats their employees like this. How do I know? I was once an employee of this stupid company who over hires during the holidays, looses the paper work even proving I was hired, doesn't call or give me any hours, takes forever to get me my paycheck then finally caves after I've filled two reports with the state labor department and my attorney bla bla bla the list goes on. But the point is the customers aren't the only ones getting screwed over here. The point is UPS is only in it for the money and they do not care about Joe blow or Jane doe customer only the money.
