USABD Internet Solutions gave me a call a while back to verify my correct business information for a free internet listing. A few months later I have a bill on my ATT account for 49.95. I called ATT and they told me that they cannot do anything. They basically told me that ATT HAS TO accept bills from third party companies and that I need to call the company directly.

I called the 800 number provided with the fraudulent charge and they want to send me a recording of a conversation saying that I spoke with someone a while back and I authorized the charges. I know a scam when I see one and demanded that they cancel any account no matter how fictional it may be and refund my charges. They refused, creating a platform based on this recording. I know I never authorized a charge nor consented to having my voice recorded.

I immediatly filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau which has them listed as "BIG CITY YELLOW PAGES" and posted this ad here in hopes that I can do anything and everything possible to correct this injustice and keep this company from doing the same thing to other people.

I would gladly join any class action suit and will post any progress or lack thereof here.
