VONAGE WAS CANCELED BY ME IN FEB.2006, i ASKED THEM IF I NEEDED TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT THEY TOLD ME NO.FIRST OF ALL THEY LEAD ME ON FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS TELLING ME THAT MY SEVICE WOULD BE CONNECTED TOMORROW,TOMORROW NEVER CAME,THEY WERE UNABLE TO CONNECT ME USING MY EXSISTING NUMBER AND WANTED ME TO USE AND ALTERNATE NUMBER,WELL I DIS-AGREED AND I PAYED MY BILL WITH VONAGE(EVENTHO I NEVER HAD SERVICE UP AND RUNING)UP TO THOSE TWO MONTHS,WELL HERE COMES A COLLECTION AGENCY CALLING WITH A BILL FROM VONAGE ? WELL I CALLED VONAGE ,THEY SAID BECAUSE I CANCELED BEFORE FOUR MONTHS WAS UP IOWE THEM MONEY .HOW COULD I OWE YOU WHEN I NEVER HAD YOUR SERVICE UP AND RUNING? NO BILL FROMM FEB. UNTILL NOW...
