West Coast Properties advertised rental listings that included cottages and charged a fee with a deposit. The deposit was guaranteed if an adequate property was not found.

The listings all turned out to be sleazy dives. None of them were cottages. I was instructed to fill out a form requesting the deposit and that the deposit would be mailed. It was never mailed and the phone number to west coast properties is now out of service.
