They take your money and string you along by telling you your grant money will be deposited any day. The BBB and other research found them to be legitimate early in 2011. Now, the web is full of complaints and they have lost the accredidation of the BBB.

These companies inform you that there is a fee of $3200.00 to write a professional business plan. The business plan was plagarized from the web and they will cut and paste off your company website.  "You have been approved for $205,000.00" They will not give a refund, nor will they give the grant money. Do they actually receive the grant money and keep it? Probably. They have changed phone numbers and emails are returned. These companies work together.
