Yellowbook.com Deceptive selling practices King Of Prussia Pennsylvania

I was contacted by Yellowbook.com. During the 1st phone call I asked if I could cancel after the 2 months that I pre-paid for were up and I was told yes I could cancel.

2 months rolls around, not one lead has been generated, so naturally I called to cancel, only to be told that they have never heard of such a thing.

At that time I requested copies of our phone conversations. Out of the 3 calls we had, I received call #2 and call #3 rather quickly. It has now been about 45 days and I still have not received call #1. In fact I have barely received any response at all.

They seem to ignore everything and just keep sending the bills and hope I go away.
