Stay away from the charter airline, Falcon Air Express

My friends and I recently decided to go on Spring Break through
college tours. The charter airline was named Falcon Air Express.

Despite its name, it was everything but express service. My group and I were traveling to Mazatlan, Mexico from Minneapolis,
Minnesota. We had to travel from Wisconsin to the airport in Minnesota early morning Sunday.

The time of departure was at noon, however, the flight was delayed until 3:00pm. As my friends and I sat in the airport, 3:00 became 4:00 which became 5:00. Finally, the plane came in around 5:30 and we reached Mazatlan around 9:30, almost 7 hours later than our original time. On the way home, we experienced more delays but they were worse than the first time. We were schduled to leave Mazatlan at 7:30 am however that time was pushed up to 6:30 am.

As my friends and I got ready to leave at 4:00am we received a phone call from the Front Desk of our hotel telling us that we should be in the lobby to take a 10:00am flight. As we sat in the lobby, we found out that the flight was delayed yet again but this time until 9:30 pm. We arrived the airport in Mazatlan and waited until 11:00 to finally board the plane.

No explanation was given for the delay and the service was rather horrible. We were not given refreshments or a snack on the 6 hour ride home. As a result of the delay, my friends and I had to miss a whole day of school and travel back to Wisconsin which took another 5 hours. I will never fly this airline again.

The people were discourteous to my friends and I and inconveinenced us terribly. Any other college tours travler would agree that the airline is a joke. Any other adult would agree that a 14 hour flight delay is pathetic.
