I'm a little confused on what written guarantee Florida Sport and Recreation is not able to honor? This member claims our organization isn't honest and I'd like to know why. According to our internal records, the last time this member attempted to contact our company dates back to 2/29/2008. Why did you wait so long to voice your concern? Why have you not brought any dissatisfaction to our attention up until now...Almost two years after the fact? We cannot help members out who don't attempt to get help in the first place.
With regards to Airfare, Florida Sport and Recreation offers the lowest priced airfare at time of booking. We also Price Match Guarantee ("PMG") any lower rate found elsewhere (excluding consolidator fares) and explain said guarantee to each member prior to signing any paperwork. I find it puzzling this member purchased the membership on 1/3/2008 and is now bringing this to our attention and not directly. Once again if you had a legitimate concern or problem, there are much better ways of going about resolving issues. Needless to say we're here to help.
