I have reported Jeff Augugliaro and The Guest List to my local FBI field office and to the IFCC. However they can't take action unless the combined losses exceed $25,000.
I therefore urge EVERYONE who has been scammed to file a complaint with the IFCC. Their home page is:

Make sure you mention the name Jeff Augugliaro in the complaint. The IFCC system will then be able to gather all the related reports and once the reported losses hit that $25k mark they will start an investigation.
The IFCC works closely with the FBI so it's not necessary for anyone to contact the FBI directly as I did, but of course feel free - doing so may speed things along.

Jeff Augugliaro's The Guest List company has processed hundreds of thousands of airline vouchers. They also handle hundreds of inquiries every day.
To check on the status of any voucher, you just have to simply visit their voucher tracking website as instructed on the voucher you received and enter your voucher's validation number. You can easily and conveniently track the progress of your voucher in real time at their website.
You can also use that site to inquire about your voucher. So in addition to maintaining a running record of your voucher's progress, it also maintains a running record of any customer service inquiries you may have made along with the company's responses.
