Trade Wings Paid twice for the infant ticket. Delay in refunding the amount of 355$ Bartlett Illinois

I have booked tickets to India from Chicago for Lufthansa flight scheduled on Jan 30th 2009 by paying 3800USD . I have booked the tickets for my family including my daughter Bhargavi (((REDACTED))).

The shocking surprise came when we went to the Ohare Aiprot to board the flight . The Lufthansa airlines have mentioned that Bhargavi's ticket is not paid and have to pay 354.90$ for her to board the flight. I called up Tradewings , talked with the manager Ali then and there itself . Tradewings/Ali has promised that I will get back 354.90$ from Tradewings, provided I pay the 354.90$ from my pocket to board the flight. In summary I ended up paying twice for my daughter's ticket .

Since then I have been following up with Tradewings . I have contacted Lufthansa about this and they have updated that the travel agency was refunded in full for the unused ticket as early as April 2009.

I made several calls , faxed letters, sent emails to Tradewings and have been patiently waiting . There is no proper response from them and donot know if I would get the money from them .

Request you to look into this and do justice so that I get back my 354.90USD
