TRAVEL VALUE ALERTS - THE GUEST LIST ripoff, dishonest billing GARDEN CITY NEWPORT BEACH California

I was called on the phone by a sales person back in October 2003 who offered me two free plane tickets if I paid $189 and an additional $20 for shipping and handling when I received some paperwork in the mail from The Guest List. I signed up over the phone and received some papers from the The Guest List shortly after.

I sent in the $20 and got nothing. It took me forever to get a hold of someone via email to find out about my voucher that I was supposed to get. In fact, I go auto replies saying that the customer service email address had changed. I finally was able to get a response via email from them and was told to go to the following link to view my voucher www.massmarketingprogram.com/tickets/statusp.asp?2

the other link I was told to go to was http://www.massmarketingprogram.com/tickets/?Bux4997

I never received anything else after that and I have gotten no responses with the phone number and email address.

How do I go after these people? How do I get my money back?

Can I call the credit card company and have them do a charge back?

Please advise. Thank you.
