We booked our trip on Tripres.com last July 7th for a family of 6 to fly from Boston to Las Vegas to be with family for the holidays.

Upon arriving at the airport and going to check in on a flight we were confirmed booked on we were told by ticket agent and ticket agent supervisor no such reservation existed for us on that or any other flight.

We called the number on our confirmation email and after 20 mins on hold we were bounced around to 4 different people then mysteriously disconnected.

After 2 more attempts to get someone on the phone to help us we got put through to a man who belittled my wife so bad she was in tears, saying we must have "Photoshopped" the itinerary and confirmation email because their records show we only had cancelled our original trip in November for all but my 2 youngest children and that flight was changed to a flight for 2 weeks ago.

When I asked for his name he said he was "The grinch that stole your Christmas".

Infuriated I hung up and in frustration tried to get us on another flight to Las Vegas for today, IMPOSSIBLE unless I was very rich and had to settle for splitting up my family on 2 different flights leaving in 2 days at a cost of over $4500.00 and have to come back 3 days later then our original trip.

Upon getting home and looking up our credit card statements, we already paid the credit card bill in September and NO credits were ever given to us by anyone.

We did not ever cancel or change anything or ever spoke to anyone from Tripres prior to today. 

They are liars and they ripped us off for over $2400.00 and destroyed our Christmas and had my wife in tears. 

We will be suing this company and from the looks of it we will be in line behind many others who have suffered a similar fate from these crooks.

We will never purchase anything online from any company ever again without first checking for bad reviews which is what we should have done in the first place.

Our recommendation is do not use this company, they are liars and they are thieves.
