Avisca airlines - Macy's avisca airlines and Macy's i was chardge of a survice that was never provide by the airline. i called Macy's and they did not was to hear me in regards to a refund. i have tried to email the airline about my refunds but no resp Fontana, California

I made airline reservation in July 3, 09 with a retun of July 15, 09 I departed from Tijuana Mexico. When it was time for me to return back the airline no longer was in business. I contact the web site and no answer. I was stuck in a forgen country with no money and no way to return back. I then contact my credit card to see what can be done I was told that they could not help me. Needles to say I had to stay longer until I could find a flight. my report is that Macy's has not been able to help but provided money to a company that do not in business. I now have to be responsible for something that was never provide.
