I have had nothing but problems with this company.

I ordered their Electronic Cigarettes at the beginning of August for $79.90, they told me the shipping could be expected in 7-10 business days and here it is middle of September, and I have seen no sign of the product.

I called them on September 10, 2009 and was told the product was out of order then promptly hung up on. When I called back I was told to expect them in 3 days and If I didnt see it to call back.

Still not receiving the product, I noticed a completely UNAUTHORIZED charge of $79.90 on September 16th. When I called to inquire why this was done and request a cease and desist on the payment they told me it was a monthly refill charge! On a product I had not received, nor been notified that they would continually would rob me of 79.90 a MONTH till I noticed.

After doing some research on the company, I felt I had no other option then to cancel the debit card in question. Turns out there are thousands of other people out there just like me that feel like the have been misdirected and lied to by this company.

Do your research before you decide to give this company your money. I'm sure the product they carry is as advertised, but unfortunately I never received it to judge for myself.

Make sure that they tell you ALL the fine print.
