I called this company thinking I was purchasing medical insurance. They took $324.00, 1 month premium and broker fees, out of my bank account BEFORE sending me the packet that was promised. They had a supposed recording of our conversation, I wish I could get my hands on. This is not medical insurance but they did not tell me that on the phone.
They rush everyone because they say the offer for $199.00/mo was for a limited time only. I really needed insurance so I allowed them to rush me. They answered very few questions and assured me of the packet before the money would be taken out. NOT SO. This is not insurance it is only "discounts" including dental and prescriptions which are only discounts. The flyer, however, represents insurance. I do believe this is fraud.
I cancelled my membership and demanded my money back. I will be posting another report if they do not send me back my money. It is wrong to deceive people that desparately need insurance. I also called their customer service # 1-877-378-9240, waited 20 minutes on hold, got a person's name on a voice mail message of which I couldn't understand because of the message and the way he said his name, left my name, # and membership # and have yet to get a call back. People, be careful. What looks good is not always good.
