I paid the shipping for a one month trial pack. I was offered a chance to have new packs sent monthly and be billed automatically. I said, "No." I was not told I had to call back to cancel future shipments and billing. I was billed $35 I did not expect, which put my account negative and caused many bounced check fees. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to put the money back in my account. I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor.
